Sweetism™Monk Fruit Extract V50 is all-natural, great-tasting, zero-calorie sweetness.It is extracted from the Luo Han Guo fruit and mogroside V is the principal sweetening component. Other components include: mogroside II, mogroside III, mogroside IV, mogroside VI, flavonoids, melanoidins, and protein fragments. It is off-white to light yellow powder.
The product has the following characteristics
1.Zero calories, 50% mogroside provides less than 1/10 of sucrose;
2. Acid and alkali resistance, high temperature, good stability; in acid and alkaline environments, the active ingredient glycoside V does not change; it remains stable for up to 1h at 100℃-130℃
3. Good water solubility; regardless of the temperature of the solution, it can be dissolved well.
4. The taste is closest to that of sucrose, and the sweet aftertaste is longer
